GAP (the Panos Global AIDS Programme) is a joint activity of the eight autonomous institutes which make up the Panos Network. GAP stimulates public dialogue on HIV-AIDS through innovative methodologies, empowers most-affected communities to communicate their concerns and perspectives, promotes the accountability of AIDS decisionmakers, and helps the media and AIDS organisations ensure that reporting on HIV-AIDS and TB is responsible and accurate.
GAP is headquartered in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and its director, Anushree Mishra, is based in Delhi, India. More information on GAP activities can be found on the websites of Panos Caribbean, Panos Eastern Africa, Panos London, Panos Paris, Panos South Asia, Panos Southern Africa and Panos West Africa.
